The Real You aims at providing the community a wide range of cooking and nutrition based classes focusing on specific issues such as weight loss, gluten free living, vegetarian living, eating for energy, eating for skincare, and food and mood relationships. We believe that it’s not only WHAT you eat, but it’s also HOW you feel!
All of our classes are taught by top nutrition professionals including health coaches and specialized chefs. Each workshop includes a cooking demonstration, food samples, recipes, and additional handouts.
